When I was about 18 years old, and I got in a car accident, and at that time, I was more in shock than in any physical pain. My husband, when he was also about the same age, and I got in a motorcycle accident and severely injured his back. And both of us had not received proper medical attention at the time, and that led to the building of pain over the years.

A few years ago, after decades since the incident, and it became a sharp pain in the back, so much so that our pursuit of the body therapist and underwent treatment, which lasted a few months and left a heavy dent in our savings. The treatment was painful, to say the least, and once healed enough to start the rehabilitation of our bodies, our body therapist recommended us for yoga classes to strengthen the back muscles, which have become very weak over the years since it was handled badly and overlooked carelessly , many years ago.

We joined Yoga School, with coaches and wonderful and kind yoga expert. The doctor prescribed a special program for both of us, with specific postures to help all of us on the road to recovery. The first few days of the most difficult yoga classes, trying to get our bodies to hold certain positions. But with the patient guidance of our coach, and were taught breathing techniques for each asana designed to help us hold positions easily. We were told to drink plenty of water and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables after the hearings, which followed on the tee. And felt the results of the first session. We both feel fresher, somehow lighter and relaxed. A few weeks later, and physical changes over the both of us were amazing.

Upper body my husband became more sculpted and toned. He had a flatter stomach and he himself more relaxed despite the task of managing, work, home, and yoga sessions. I also felt the change. My body became colder (my body type if pitha, so it generates faster) heat, and you’re more flexible and I dropped two pant sizes. All this in a matter of weeks. We continue this strict, intense yoga session for a few months and then moved to a softer, gentler yoga, we are still practiced today, years later.

This new form of yoga put more emphasis on pranayama or breathing and body movements nice. The reasons behind the focus on breathing is that our bodies need more than the energy that we get from the foods we eat. Our bodies are designed to absorb the energy provided by five.

Natural elements, earth, water, fire, air and space. But since we are constantly stuffing ourselves with food, we do not leave room for these elements to be absorbed into the body.

This type of yoga, and so on an empty stomach, which rely heavily on self, absorbs energy from the earth, water and air fire, space, so that when we are hungry, we eat the perfect amount of food our body actually needs, and thus maintain our weight too . Moreover, there is no need to take vitamin tablets, etc. You can also easily obtain the necessary vitamins needed by the body through the practice of pranayama or breathing techniques. Moreover, by doing yoga every morning, you will be filled with the energy you need to work all day without fatigue and maintain a relaxed state of mind.

Take me; yoga has really saved my life. Energy level has been compared with the days, and I do not do yoga is radically different. Not only my energy level, but also my state of mind. I’m more relaxed and calm when I do my yoga exercises. Many people wonder how I am able to be happy most of the time. It is because when you do yoga, you release toxins stored in the body, which was caused negative energies remain in you, which affects the mood automatically. So, doing yoga is not only useful to regain his fitness, but also the emotional well-being, your outlook on life, and how you respond, not react, tricky or difficult situations. If you’re still not convinced of the benefits of yoga, then try several categories yourself and see the difference with your own eyes.
